Hvem står bak Leesah?

Leesah Game is a product of the strong focus on competence sharing in Nav IT. Leesah Game is organised as a professional group, which means that every other Thursday++ is set aside to work with Leesah Game. Leesah Game is conducted as courses internally in Nav IT, at universities, conferences and other agencies in the public sector. All in paid working hours!

Leesah ‘Gang’ consists of the following members:

Tania Holst

Tania is a front-end developer in Team Personbruker and works on developing nav.no. She's worked at Nav since 2019 and loves being a developer here. She rants about people needing to put their phones away, and is currently taking on new challenges such as being Security Champion for nav.no.

Other than that, it's all about knitting and an ambitious goal of completing as many Escape Rooms as possible before retirement.

Øydis Kind Refsum

Øydis is a backend developer in Team Speilvendt and is working on developing the case management solution for sickness benefit. Øydis started as a summer student in Nav in 2021 and as a permanent employee in 2022.

She thrives on social gatherings and usually finds that her diary is packed, just the way she likes it.

Helene Arnesen

Helene is a backend developer in Team Sykmelding and works with the submission and processing of the sickness certificate before it is sent to the case management solution where Øydis works.

Helene started as a summer student at Nav in 2022 and became a permanent employee that autumn. Alongside her job, she is studying for a master's degree in programming and system architecture at the University of Oslo. Because of her studies, Helene has taken a short break from Leesah, but as soon as she gets some extra time in her schedule, she's back.

Kyrre Havik

Kyrre joined Nav as a platform developer in 2018. He is a developer at Nais and builds application platform based on Kubernetes in the cloud!

In Leesah, Kyrre tries to sell the Go programming language. Otherwise, he has an above-average interest in keyboards and board games.

Emil Elton Nilsen

Emil is a front-end developer in Team Etterlatte and works on developing self-service solutions for the bereaved.

Emil started as a summer intern in 2021 and worked part-time alongside his studies from autumn 2021 to 2023. In 2024, Emil started working permanently as a developer in Team Etterlatte.

Emil thrives best when it's cold, sunny and freshly groomed trails in the field, or in deep snow and steep slopes outside the groomed trails.
